Solicitud de Nulidad.
La memorialista presenta solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-142/12y apoya su petición en distintas razones, tales como un presunto incumplimiento por parte del Ministerio de Transporte en la ejecución de las órdenes impartidas en la sentencia de segunda instancia del proceso reivindicatorio ordinario, la inmediatez en la interposición de tutela y la existencia de un perjuicio irremediable.
La Corte encuentra improcedente utilizar la instancia de la nulidad para crear una etapa procesal adicional en la que se discuta nuevamente el problema jurídico planteado y resuelto por la Sala de Revisión- Se decide DENEGAR la petición de nulidad.
